ISRO Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ 2020: Exam Pattern

There are three stages for the final selection in ISRO Scientist/Engineer SC Exam.

  • Shortlisting of Candidates for the Written Exam
  • Written Exam
  • Interview

BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 is a must to be shortlisted for the written examination.

The Written Exam is Objective in nature and tests the fundamental understanding in the technical subjects from your concerned discipline.

Candidates who get through this stage will have to appear for an interview.

ISRO Scientist/Engineer SC: Cut-Off Marks

ISRO Scientist/Engineer SC: Salary and Facilities

Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’in Level 10 of Pay Matrix and will be paid minimum basic pay of ₹56,100/- p.m. In addition, Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules on the subject. The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme.Further medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidised canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), LeaveTravel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance etc. are admissible as per Central Government orders.
