Rythu Bharosa scheme 

• The Andhra Pradesh government has released funds under the Rythu Bharosa scheme, which is a welfare scheme for farmers.

• Under the second phase of the scheme, Rs. 4,000 would directly be credited into the bank accounts of each of the 50.47 lakh farmers.

• Under this scheme, the government provides financial assistance of Rs 13,500 to the farmers every year. 

• Rs 13,500 aid also includes Rs 6,000 per year as a component of the Centre’s PM Kisan scheme.
