No Tolerance Fortnight

• The Mizoram Government to follow ‘COVID-19: No Fortnight Tolerance’ to take stern action against rising COVID-19 cases. 

Key Highlights:

• The condition of COVID-19 in Mizoram is rising at a faster pace due to local transmission. Thus, the zero-tolerance drive has been adopted in the state for 14 days. 

• This local transmission chain may be broken if the unlocking guidelines, the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Mizoram Containment and Prevention of COVID-19 Laws, 2020 are strictly enforced by citizens and administration.
