India AI’ – an Independent Business Division (IBD) under Digital India Corporation and Meta, India have signed an MoU. Meta is the parent company of Facebook.

Key Highlights: 

• INDIAai is the National AI Portal of India and is a joint initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and IT(MEITY), National e-Governance Division(NeGD), and National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM). 

• The portal was inaugurated in 2020.

• The INDIAai portal currently is the central hub for everything AI in India.

• The portal covers the latest updates in the world of AI in India and around the world through news and articles; offer insights into opportunities, scopes, and challenges created by AI.

• The platform is expected to deliver better governance, development, and create an innovation ecosystem that will contribute to the digital economy.
