The Group of Seven (G7) countries met in Hiroshima, Japan for the annual summit on May 19-21, 2023.

Key Highlights:

• Due to the recent banking turmoil in the US and Europe, the leaders committed to maintaining financial stability and the resilience of the global financial system.
• G7 countries will accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Addis Ababa Action Agenda (AAAA).
• The Group of Seven (G7) composed of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
