Haryana: 75 Percent Private Jobs for Locals
The Governor of Haryana, Satyadev Narayan Arya, has approved a bill to set aside 75 percent jobs in the private sector for the domiciles of the state.
Reservation will be made in every company.
The State Assembly had passed the "Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Bill 2020" in 2020.
The bill allows for private sector businesses to compulsively reserve 75 percent of positions for employees with a wage of up to Rs. 50,000.
