Green National Highways Corridor Project
The Government of India has recently entered into a USD 500 million loan arrangement with the World Bank to build the country's Green National Highway Corridors.
• These corridors will be built in Himachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The scheme will support the building of 783 kilometres of highways by the Ministry of Road and Highways.
