Bihar Public Service Commission conducts exam for the recruitment of Assistant Engineers in the State Engineering Services for technical Graduates. The BPSC will conduct the AE Written exam soon. The exam date of the BPSC AE Exam 2020 has not been declared by the Commission. The exam will be held in offline mode as per the latest information by the Commission. The exam for BPSC AE will be held in objective multiple-choice format. The candidates who will qualify the written exam will be selected for the next round of the recruitment by BPSC. BPSC AE: Exam Pattern
The first stage of the BPSC AE exam is the written examination. The exam is held offline is of total 600 marks. Out of the total of 600 marks, 400 marks are allotted for the compulsory papers while 200 marks are allotted for the optional papers.

- General Hindi and General English subjects are just qualifying in nature. The candidates need to score a minimum of 30 marks in both the papersin order to qualify for the selection.
- Candidates need to compulsorily obtain minimum qualifying marks (as prescribed in the notification) to pass the exam.
